Quote inquiries

The quote form asks for your name, business name, email, employee-count range, requested service, and optional phone number and message. It also includes the website name and page URL so the inquiry can be identified. Your submission is sent through Formspree to the account managing Trenton Vending Machines inquiries so the team can respond.

Formspree processes submitted information and may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Review Formspree’s privacy policy for its practices. Please avoid payment-card information, health information, employee records, access credentials, and other sensitive personal details in this form.

Hosting and external services

The website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting providers receive technical request information as part of delivering and securing web pages. Some pages embed a Google map; loading that content contacts Google. External links take you to services with their own policies. If optional payment links are displayed, checkout takes place on Stripe rather than in the inquiry form.

Questions about an inquiry

Use the contact form to ask about information you previously submitted or to request a correction or deletion. Include enough context to identify the inquiry, and avoid resending sensitive information. The team will need to review the request and any provider or recordkeeping requirements.
